Tau Dil Ka Kia Hua is a Pakistani television sitcom that premiered on Hum TV on July 2, 2017 in place of Sammi. It stars Zahid Ahmed, Sami Khan, Ayeza Khan, Mansha Pasha, Imran Ashraf, and Hajra Yamin in prominent roles. The series finished on February 18, 2018.

The series is directed by Shahid Shafat and written by Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar. Next Level Productions’ Sana Shahnawaz, Samina Humayun Saeed, and Tariq Shah produce it.

Sarwat Chawala is married to Sanuaber and has an affair with Ateeqa, betraying both women. He abandoned Ateeqa when he discovered she was pregnant. When Sanauber found out about the treachery, she set fire to their house and burned herself.

Sarwat is devastated by Sanauber’s death and commits himself, but not before asking his brother Siraj to look after his one-year-old son Faris (Sanauber’s kid) and Ateeqa’s unborn child. In addition, he demands that Siraj marry Ateeqa.

Siraj marries Ateeqa despite his feelings for Zulekha and honours his brother’s final desire. But Ateeqa informs Siraj that she does not want to raise Faris. Siraj refused to forsake his one-year-old nephew.

Infuriated, Ateeqa flees to South Africa and initiates an affair with an Indian man. After giving birth to a son named Saif, Ateeqa divorces Siraj and marries an Indian guy before relocating to South Africa.

Saif had a terrible upbringing and believes he is Siraj’s son (but the truth is that his father was Sarwat and Siraj is his uncle). He wants to damage Siraj’s marriage because he left him, so he comes to Pakistan and begins to undermine Faris’ marriage by having an affair with Faris’ wife Maya (Ayeza Khan). Saif is aware that Siraj adores Faris and wishes to hire Faris in order to harm Siraj.

Maya requests a divorce, which Faris grants, but Faris is devastated. Maya is not Saif’s true love. Lubna, the daughter of his mother’s relative, has captured his heart. Lubna and Saif have been together since they were children.

When Maya learns this, she is devastated, and she falls in love with Faris all over again, determined to win him back at any cost. Faris, on the other hand, has moved on and is in love with Maya’s younger sister Zoya.
