Euphoria is an American teen drama television series conceived and primarily written by Sam Levinson for HBO, based on Ron Leshem and Daphna Levin’s Israeli miniseries of the same name. Rue Bennett (Zendaya) is the series’ main heroine, a recovering adolescent drug addict struggling to find her place in the world.
Euphoria follows a group of teens in the fictional town of East Highland, California, as they search for optimism while dealing with the stresses of love, grief, and addiction.
